We are looking to invite internships under the following functions:
•Managing end to end search process, execution of critical mandates, final candidate assessment within the stipulated timelines to meet client expectations
•Partnering successfully with clients for hiring at C-Suite and strategic levels to help them meet their business objectives
•Understanding the organizational structure, business model, and manpower needs to chalk out plans and strategies to execute projects and team-building initiatives
•Actively participate in the strategic initiatives of the organization
•Working directly on different consulting services for Athena which include compensation benchmarking, due diligence, project hiring, etc.
•Spear heading the entire project life cycle of executing CXO search including role specifications, designing search strategies, mapping client inputs on recommended core competencies to identify the best talent in the marketplace, profiling & shortlisting of candidates including the final selection
•Discuss and negotiate a compensation package with shortlisted candidates
•Delivering high-quality work, which includes briefing, assessing & making detailed assessment reports that meet the organization’s standards and client's expectations
•Managing conflict in an optimistic way create the chance for growth and learning
•Leading the original research and explored out-of-the-box directions for executive search projects
•Actively working on organization development initiatives—Search process re-engineering, Internal quality team, managing internal hiring etc.
•Worked on heads-up & proactive requisitions from clients, from getting the requisition, understanding the key areas of skills and project environment
•Develop and execute the strategies for the talent acquisition within target SLA's
•Have exceptional skills in Resource procurement and deployment, in addition to fulfilling relevant operational needs.
•An effective, innovative professional with strong communication, analytical, negotiating skills and an attitude to win problems
In this short stint with Athena, it has been a great and unique learning experience altogether. You know you’ve been lucky to be a part of an organization, when your first day at work doesn’t seem like it. The on-boarding was as smooth as it could get.
