We are looking to invite internships under the following functions:

  1. Marketing: The internship program will bring exposure to the marketing strategy development and implementation. Aspects of internship will also involve exposure towards digital marketing initiatives i.e. Newsletters, WhitePapers, Research Surveys etc. Prior experience or interest in  Digital Marketing, Social Media Growth hacking and Digital Collateral development will be an asset.
  2. Strategy: The internship program will build exposure towards working on building the strategic roadmaps to drive key business objectives. The experience could be across a wide spectrum of skills and functions i.e. Research, Analytics, Data Mining etc. Prior experience or interest in data analysis, trend analysis, predictive modelling would be an asset.
  3. Operations: The internship program will give a strong exposure to process improvement, ToC fundamentals and process automation. The experience will be focused on applying Six Sigma principals on operations processes, process automation using our proprietary cloud platform. Interest or prior experience in process efficiency will be an asset.
  4.  HR: The internship program will give strong exposure in managing and streamlining HR processes for the organization. Our HR systems are largely automated and hence the exposure could largely focus on leveraging data and analysis to make the HR processes more efficient. Any prior experience in HR processes will be an asset.
  5. CEO Office: The internship program will give the rare exposure of working directly with the Managing Director on some very strategic and impactful initiatives for the organization. The experience would be across a very wide spectrum of skills, markets and scenarios. Any prior experience in M&A, strategy and process innovation will be an asset. 

Senior Research Associate

  • The incumbent will be primarily responsible to provide primary & secondary research support to the team in execution of CXO mandates and will be engaging and building relationships with executive level candidates, and performing initial assessment under their Manager’s guidance
