This policy explains what Athena Executive Search & Consulting collects when you use this website, where it is stored, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.

When you submit the enquiry form we record the name, email address, phone number, company, role, country, website, subject, the nature of your enquiry and your message, together with the page you submitted from.
When you join the Athena Talent Network we record your name, email address, phone number, location, current company, current job title, years of experience, notice period, area of interest, LinkedIn profile, any note you add, and the CV file you attach. A CV is required in order to submit the form.
Submissions and attached CV files are stored in Sanity, a third-party content platform operated by Sanity.io, on infrastructure outside India. Notification emails are delivered through Amazon Simple Email Service. Both providers process this data on our instructions as part of running this website.
The careers form states that your profile may be considered for opportunities across Athena and its group companies, including TheHireHub.ai and Aira. We do not share your profile with a client without asking you first, and we do not sell your data.
Candidate profiles and CVs are retained for [RETENTION PERIOD TO CONFIRM] from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Enquiry records are retained for [RETENTION PERIOD TO CONFIRM]. We will confirm these periods before this policy is published.
